Heat Sink Compounds and Thermally Conductive Grease PolySi® G-MAN® Lubricants

PST-540_Heat Sink Compound

PolySi® G-MAN® Heat Sink Compounds, also known as Thermally Conductive Grease Compounds, are used to transfer heat away from electrical or electronic components, or to heat other measuring devices. PST-540 Heat Sink Compound works by conducting heat away from the source and sending it to a well ventilated area, or radiating it into the air. The heat sink grease fills voids or gaps between conducting surfaces. The better the transfer of heat between the two surfaces, the better the cooling.

Selecting a Heat Sink Compound or Thermally Conductive Grease

PolySi® G-MAN® Lubricants has silicone and non-silicone heat sink (thermal) grease options. The temperature range, viscosity, and cure rate will help determine the right heat sink compound.
